NdujaTech respects your privacy. This document explains how we handle data collected through ndujatech.it, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Data controller

The data controller is NdujaTech. For any request, write to info@ndujatech.it.

Data we collect

Calabria Tech Report: anonymous, aggregated data (education, field, experience, role, contract, CCNL, work mode, city/region, salary). We do not collect name or email here. Ideas: we collect your email (required) and, optionally, name and role, together with the problem description you submit.

Purpose

Report data is used to produce aggregated statistics on the Southern Italian tech job market. Ideas data is used to collect and evaluate product ideas from the community and to contact you back if we build a solution.

Legal basis

Processing is based on the consent you give by ticking the dedicated box before submitting the forms (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time.

Storage

Data is stored on Supabase infrastructure with servers within the EU, for as long as needed for the stated purposes, then deleted or anonymized.

Third parties

To run the service we rely on providers acting as data processors: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting and aggregated traffic stats), Notion (blog content management). We do not sell or share your data for third-party marketing.

Traffic analytics

We use Vercel Analytics, which collects aggregated, anonymous visit metrics without profiling cookies and without tracking individual users.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data at any time, and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. Write to info@ndujatech.it.
